Sebastian is the certified home inspector and owner of Combes Home Inspection. Raised in the Baker Valley, he brings a lifetime of local knowledge and years of hands-on experience in the construction trades to every inspection.
Before becoming a home inspector, Sebastian served in the United States Marine Corps, where he worked on engineering projects that strengthened his attention to detail, discipline, and commitment to excellence. After his military service, he built his expertise as an HVAC and plumbing technician before joining a construction crew specializing in custom home building. This diverse background gives him a comprehensive understanding of how homes are built, how their systems work together, and what to look for when evaluating a property's condition.
